With a family legacy in the accounting business, Brian carries on the torch as a third-generation successor, bringing a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of the financial world to Guided Outsourcing.

But Brian's passions go beyond numbers and spreadsheets. When he's not shaping the future of our company, you can find him cruising on big bikes, embracing the thrill of the open road. He also takes to the depths of the ocean as a licensed SCUBA diver, exploring the wonders beneath the surface.

Brian's witty and professional approach to business and his love for adventure make him a dynamic force within our organization. STEVEN JOHNSON

Co-founder

Introducing Steve "Techno Bull" Johnson, the brilliant Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Guided Outsourcing. Hailing from Omaha, NE, Steve's journey in the IT industry began when he attended the University of Lincoln. At the young age of 21, he fearlessly founded his IT firm in 1998, setting the stage for a remarkable career.

Recognized for his entrepreneurial prowess, Steve has been honored with the prestigious Young Entrepreneur Award 40 under 40, a testament to his innovative spirit. Combining his passion for entrepreneurship and technology, he channeled his expertise into founding Guided Outsourcing. Beyond the office, Steve embraces a life full of adventure. With two teenage kids, Bridget and Brady, he cherishes family time and their shared experiences. Traveling to new destinations fuels his curiosity, and he savors the thrill of wake surfing, snow skiing, and playing hockey twice a week.

Steve's altruistic spirit shines through his volunteer work, where he gives back by leveraging his technological expertise to assist non-profit organizations. As an avid sports fan, he passionately supports the Huskers, Vegas Knights, and Miami Dolphins. And let's not forget his special fondness for Canada, as his fiancé, Laura, hails from British Columbia, making it a cherished destination.

With an impressive track record, Raymond has accumulated over 15 years of experience in the operations department, spanning across various industries. His extensive knowledge and expertise allow him to navigate the complexities of our business landscape with ease, bringing valuable insights to drive operational excellence.

Raymond's love for his family shines through during his free time, as he joyfully engages in playful moments with his daughter. In his quest for knowledge and personal growth, Raymond finds solace in the pages of books, constantly expanding his horizons.
